    Pictured below is our Nine One One purpose built Head Office unit, it is 15 000 sq feet of expertise and "Dashing Fresh Food" production, below are some of its key features:

State of the Art Bakery and Kitchens - Most of the food in a Nine One One shop from the salad bar, hot counter, bakery and pre-pack "Dashing Fresh Cups" section are manufactured in our head office at Oak Court 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure freshness. As our tag line goes "Dashing Fresh Food"!

On Site Test Store - All new foods are introduced here first to obtain our customers valued opinion. Once customers approve of the product it is distributed into the Nine One One brand. This also gives us a sales history before it goes into the shops which assists with positioning of product.

On Site Lab - Our in house food scientist looks after this department. All products from suppliers to in house production are sampled to maintain our high standards. There is full traceability on all our products from farm to fork, at Nine One One this has been implemented for a number of years already, keeping ahead of all current legislation.

Staff Training Academy - With a large staff complement in our shops it is critical that our staff are continuously trained by our dedicated training manager, courses such as:

  • All levels of food safety
  • Fire training
  • Customer service courses
  • Motivational & sales courses
